"Are you offering?" Alexis breathed, arching her eyebrow in that whole oh?-i'm-sexy sort of way.

Seth's smirk lifted one side of his mouth so his dimple flashed. Alexis hadn't leaned away; her nose was almost brushing his and he could feel her breath on his lips. "Are you giving?"

"And what if I am?" Alexis licked her lips, looking him dead in the eye still.

Seth frowned, wondering if she knew what she was getting herself into. She was definitely the boyfriend type. Not the sleep-around type of girl. He didn't want to give her the wrong idea so he drew back a bit and muttered, "Did you forget what kind of guy I am?"

Alexis felt a little inner victory that he was the one to draw away first. "How can I forget? You showed up in the door way with bubble-gum pink lips last time you were here." She said calmly.

She wasn't fazed. So he threw in the big guns. His charming smile returned and he leaned in. "They call me a manwhore. Does that make you my whore?" He didn't know if he was actually trying to annoy her. Not anger her, but he didn't want to use her. And he knew that he was pushing the line. Alexis was definitely in the friend-category.

Alexis' jaw dropped and her hand rose up, slapping him across the face. "You insensitive asshole!"She frowned, eyes blazing with rage now. "You couldn't just give in could you, you just had to go and be a bigger ass then usual!"

Seth's head snapped to the side and he winced, rubbing at his stinging cheek. He grinned at her. "Now how long have you been waiting to do that for?"

"A really long fucking time!" Alexis hissed, tempted to slap him again but opted for crossing her arms tightly and glaring at him.

"You jest," he taunted her. "Do you even remember you were supposed to be all sulky?"

"Hey- it worked didn't it? I cheered myself up with my amusement at your desperation to swap spit." Alexis smirked, eyes calming now except it was replaced with amusement.

Seth shrugged at her, absolutely shameless. "Hey, I'm a horny guy and you're a hot girl with time on her hands. You have a better solution on a Friday?"

Alexis became a little flustered at first before becoming even angrier then before and slapped him again, growling under her breath.

Seth had figured she'd do something like this. He caught her wrist and tugged her downwards toward him, grinning wickedly the whole time. "Well, if you wanna play that game..."

"... I'll scream." Alexis said, glaring at him and swallowed a little, feeling some faint deja vu in the back of her head.

"No, I probably would," Seth said honestly. "I know you'd probably kick me where it hurt." He flinched a little. Lola had already given him a good kick - he didn't really want another. He stepped back just a little in case Alexis followed up.

Alexis licked her lips absentmindedly, lost in thought or memory now. She blinked hard, hearing Seth's voice and snapped out of it. "What? Huh?" She blinked at him as if she didn't have any memory of what had just been going on seconds ago.

Seth decided to take advantage of her momentary lapse. "I said we were leaving at nine."

"Wait.. what.. where?" Alexis furrowed her brows, highly confused now. She had a running play track of her and Joel play-fighting when in Ashcreek. He had kept grabbing her arms and wrestling with her for a kiss she wasn't going to give due to a cold she had. In some shriveled up part of her mind, she kinda wished Joel was there. Even as a friend, he was always comforting and understanding.

She shook her head again, before clearing her throat. "Yeah, okay. Nine."

Seth grinned. That had been easy. "Let Red know. We're gonna hit up a few places."

He stepped away from Alexis and over to the fridge, deciding to find some food since he hadn't eaten a lot that day. "Got any grub? Actually, I feel like cooking. You got pasta?"

"..Yeah, take whatever, Seth." Alexis rolled her eyes before rubbing at them with the bottom of her hands, for some reason, confused.

Seth began to explore the girls' kitchen. He soon found a packet of rigatoni pasta stashed in the back of a cabinet by Alexis' feet. He pulled it out and placed it alongside the can of Alfredo sauce he'd pulled out from a different spot. He was crouched on his haunches when he glanced up at the girl sitting near him. "You all right?" he asked, absently. She looked exhausted and he wondered if he'd done something wrong.

Well no, that was a stupid question. He messed up often. He rephrased it. "Need a nap?"

"Yeah, I think I do." Alexis admitted, watching him explode the kitchen, making up a meal that did sound rather good but she wasn't fully in the mood to eat. "Can I crash on the couch and trust you won't do something stupid to me?"

Seth smirked again and turned back to pulling out a pot to cook the pasta in. His blond hair hid his expression. "You sound like you don't trust me. I'm offended." He filled the pot with water and moved back to the stove, lighting it on high. He glanced up at Alexis on the counter beside the fridge. "Need any help getting down, shawty?"

"... Can you blame me for not trusting you?" Alexis said, and fidgeted a little on the counter before raising her hands up above her head, let out a steady breath and then fell forward, before catching on her hands and lifted her legs up into the air, in a handstand.
