"I was bored," he answered, stretching. He shot her another glance, frowning. "What crawled up your ass?"

A second alter, he opened his mouth to add an innuendo and then refrained.

Evelyn glanced at her watch as she worked on a case for her law class. 12:30 PM. She had to get going by two. She adjusted her iPod headphones and jerked the iPod so it shuffled.

Ashlee had had quite a fun filled day in her math class, especially since the Asians had opened up a bit to her.

They are pretty cool.

Ashlee has arrived at the dorms and after getting off the elevator, and walking down the hall she knocked on their door.

Straightening her plaid shirt, and pulling up her fringed boots, she knocked again.

"Your favorite person in the world is here!" Ashlee chriped.

Alexis eye'd him and noted how he hesitated. "Good idea." She said, having a feeling something smart-assed was about to spill out of his mouth before looking over when she heard a knock and halfly groaned. Ashlee was nice and all but she was pretty sure even Evelyn knew her standing with that whole thing. "...Evelyn! Door!" She called.

Evelyn had hastily changed her iPod's song and was now blasting some incomprehensible metal to drown out her roommate and Seth's bickering.

She heard absolutely nothing.

When Evelyn didn't appear, Seth snickered. "You get it, Lex."

Alexis groaned and punched Seth in the stomach with the side of her fist before getting up and went over, answering the door. "Hey."

Ashlee came in closing the door behind her, "Alright hold your applause until later. The main event is here."

Ashlee grinned scanning the small dorm, she wondered if Evelyn had come back from class yet.

"Where is that Red-headed slut?" Ashlee asked conversationally.

She saw Seth sitting on the couch and waved at him, awaiting a reply.

Seth gave Ashlee a once-over. Too dark haired for his liking, but she was cute. "'Sup?" he asked, still lounging on the couch like he had absolutely nothing better to do.

"Her room." Alexis said, ignoring Seth as she sat back down on the couch and leaned her head back.

Ashlee nodded at Alexis, and walked to Evelyn's door, she looked at Seth noticing that his darker locks were now silvery blond.

Ashlee agreed that this suited him much better and she gave him a charming smile, "Hey gorgeous."

She knocked on Evelyn's door, "Open up!"

Evelyn's song ended and she glanced up, startled. She hit Pause and got up, carrying her iPod to her door. She pulled it open and smiled down at Ashlee. "Hey, come in. Is the fairy still out there?"

"Yes!" Seth's voice exclaimed indignantly. Evelyn rolled her eyes. She gestured to Ashlee to come in and closed the door behind her to block out Seth and Alexis. Those two would start World War 4 soon enough.

She sat down on her desk chair and nodded at Ashlee to take a seat on her bed. "How've you been? How's the roommate?" She suddenly remembered Connor mentioning something about said roommate and James and pushed that thought out of mind with a grimace.

Seth blinked up at Alexis. "Got any grub? Connor might be coming over soon. We have nothing to do."

Alexis rolled her eyes. "Keep your man-whorey hands off our food, we're running out of money to get any." She replied, before cringing as she heard a knock. "Speak of a man-whore and more appear." She grumbled and got up, opening the door and stepping to the side to let Connor in, as he was going to either way anyway.

Connor strode in and sat down on the couch, taking up Alexis' spot. "Sup?"

Seth nodded at him. "Alexis refuses to feed her guests. Where'd this girl grow up, the slums?"

"Nah, she's just a bitch like that." Connor grinned, leaning back and put his hands behind his head. Alexis shot him a look and went to the kitchen, getting frozen hot-dogs from the freezer and went back to Seth, dropping them on his lap. "There. Eat." She said and paused, smirking impishly before ruffling his hair to mess it up badly.

"Shit!" Seth grabbed the dripping hotdog package and slung it at Connor's face instinctively, trying to get it off him before it left a smudge. He patted down his hair, groaning.

Connor yelped and ducked quickly, only to watch it sling onto the floor. Alexis rolled her eyes. "Wuss." She murmured towards Seth, going over and grabbed the bag by the corner and put it in the sink, rinsing her hands real quick before going over and sitting on the floor, in front of the couch.

Seth yawned lazily and checked his watch. "We need to do something fun this weekend. The whole week's been freaking tense."

"Dude, agreed."Connor nodded, stretching out his back with a groan. "I hate the tension around everyone anymore."

Seth scratched at some lint on his jeans knee. "You guys haven't hit Times Square, have you? Or Broadway?"

"No." Alex and Connor said at the same time and Alexis looked up to glare at Connor.

"...Oh yeah, like I meant for that to happen."He rolled his eyes.

Seth decided not to comment. "We should check that out. Both places. You find some fun stuff on Broadway, just on the streets. And Times Square is always having stuff happening, like runaway monkeys and whatnot."

"...Dude, seriously? Runaway monkeys?" Connor seemed even more interested when he heard this, sitting up straighter.

Seth nodded. "I can't recall who was with me. Probably Jake, but this dude brought along what he called a "talking" monkey." Seth made air quotations with his fingers. "The only thing remotely human we saw the chimp do was flip off an old geezer."

"Duuuude! I wanna go now." Connor whined, wanting to see anything remotely like that.

"There won't be anything majorly fun like that," Seth pointed out. "Not on a weekday. We should go at like ten on Friday night."

"In the dark?" Connor shrugged. "Yeah, sure, why not."

Alexis frowned, having the faintest Deja Vu flash back of lights and the night sky.
