Freshmen Dorms

Jake rubbed his shoulder sticking his tongue out at Evelyn. "Oh how do you plan to do that princess, fly?" He snorted.

At that second, there wass a ruckus on the first floor fire escape window and Seht poked his head out. "Yooo! Coming up?" he called.

Evelyn smiled angelically at Jake, reaching up to ruffle his hair as she passed him with Nova. "That way." She walked over to the stairs. "Lower 'em down!" Acrophobia or not, she wasn't losing her dignity here!

Seth blinked down at her, amused. "You really came down here, Red?" he called, grinning at Jake.

Jake just made a face at Seth. "Come on let's drop the ladder I wanna go up I still need to pack." He called up to him.

Seth frowned.
I can't." He held up his wrist. "My wrist is aching. Luce nicked me."

Evelyn gaped up at him, "Hey - "

"Take the front door!" Seth called cheerfully.

"Damn it Seth! We can't take the front door, quit being a wimp Luce's done way worse to me!" Jake snapped.

Seth pouted. "But my arm aches!" he exclaimed. "The doctor told me not to exert it because of the break!"

Evelyn felt a spat of guilt. "We can take the front door," she said.

Secretly, she was relieved. She didn't want to climb that ladder if she didn't have to!

Evelyn stepped around the scowling Jake and strode to the front door of the building, tugging Nova with her. Seth grinned and saluted Jake wit two fingers.

Jake glared up at Seth and flipped him off following behind Evelyn. "So Red, how do you propose we get Nova back inside because I already made him my tumor."

Evelyn frowned and stopped walking a few feet from the entrance, looking up at Jake. For a moment, she felt a flash of deja vu.

About seven months ago, she and Jake had stood in this exact spot and debated how to get Nova inside. A couple months after that, they'd stood here to work out how to get Nova and Frankie inside. She was starting to see a damn pattern here.

"You...distract the Don," she said finally, thinking. "Go scope out the area, see if the Don's even there. Might not be."

Seth sauntered back to his suite, grinning as he entered. Ashton walked out of hte kitchen, quirking an eyebrow. "What's wrong with your face?"

Seth flipped him off. "It saw you."

Jacob knew the Don would most likely be there, because it was still pretty early. "I'm sure he's there. Don't worry though you have the Chinese Olympic Team on your side!" Jake grinned.

He sauntered past Evelyn kicking the door open dramatically causing the Don to look up from a book he was reading. "HOLA! I'm here to blow your mind!" Jake announced, he took out his phone and playing an LMFAO song turning the volume up as loud as it would go.

He took a deep breath and did a few flips across the lobby, he then flipped on the desk where the Don was and started dancing and singing loudly!

Which Jake started by shaking his butt in the Don's face and singing along.

Evelyn heard faint sounds of music and decided to risk it. God knew what he was doing.

She heard an angry yell from the Don and bolted into the lobby, Nova running behind her.

She darted past the Don, past a dancing Jake - what? - and straight to the stairs.

"HEY!" the Don yelled after her. "COME BACK - GET OFF THE DESK!" he yelled at Jake furiously, face reddening.

Evelyn struggled to keep her laughter at bay and dove up the stairs, yanking Nova along.

"Get off? Okay!" Jake said loudly jumping off the desk and landing on the Don. Causing both him and their chair to collapse.

The Don groaned beneath him as did Jake, that probably wasn't one of his best ideas but it worked. Jake lifted himself up off the ground and hobbled to the stairwell after Evelyn. "Adios!!" He called back.

"I'm calling security!" the Don yelled angrily after Jake.

Evelyn had reached the first floor and continued jogging up the stairs, hearing Jake enter the stairwell beneath her. She peered over the banisters, grinning. "Hey, Shakiro, that was the worst performance I'vr ever seen!" she called down to him.

Jake said in between breaths. "Keep... running... calling... security!" He gasped as he stopped momentarily. "Also shut up! I was performing under pressure!" Jake yelled defensively.

Evelyn heard security and took off, heading upstairs to the fifth floor. "That - was - your - genius - plan?" she panted out. Nova yipped and she shushed him hastily.

She could still hear the Don yelling, probably at the phone.

"I- didn't-have-much TIME TO THINK!" Jake yelled, annoyed at Seth for just not lowering the damned fire escape. Its not like it was that strenuous of a task!

"Seth is such a prissy bitch!" Jake ranted as he rounded the stairs.

Evelyn smirked back at him as she headed on up. "Well I never - " she inhaled a breath - "liked taking that ladder anyway! Not since the time you dropped me and nearly broke my neck!"

"You're the one! Who wanted to jump on me like a trampoline!" Jake argued with her.

Evelyn smirked wider, pulling open the door of the fifth floor. "Since you were incompetent, someone had to do something!" She led Nova out into the fifth floor hallway, and could hear what sounded like a few voices from the bottom of the stairwell.

Shit.

Jacob didn't have time to argue with Evelyn since he had heard the same thing she had heard." Shit its the cheese!! RUNN!!" Jake hollered pushing Evelyn down the hall.

Evelyn stumbled and nearly tripped oner Nova, in her haste to reach her own suite. She elbowed Jake in revenge and shoved her door open, glad she hadn't locked it. She hurtled insider and yanked Nova in with her. "Ass," she muttered to Jake.

"Whatever at least I got you in here faster." Jake winced rubbing his chest. "Ow I think you broke my lung."

You have spares," Evelyn said calmly, shutting her door and putting her ear against it to ensure no guards were about to come pounding it down. "I think we're okay for now." She lifted an eyebrow. "At least until tomorrow."

"Well tomorrow we're moving out so it really doesn't matter." Jake stated simply.

"True," she agreed, moving away from the door and back toward the work she'd been doing before Jake's Facebooking interrupted her. Nova yipped and she knelt to unclip his leash, standing up and grinning at Jake. "Oh and thank you for walking him," she said smugly, walking past the Spaniard to her dorm room.

"No problem, by the way you owe me sixty bucks for hooker dog." Jake added with a smirk following behind her and leaning in her doorway.
